Hi, I’m Nicole Robbins, MSW, LDACI.
I’m a psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults feel grounded, understood, and equipped to navigate life’s hardest moments.
I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, burnout, and stress-related symptoms. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside — and together, we create space to slow down, reflect, and truly heal.

50-minute sessions
Virtual & In-Person
A supportive, grounding space to explore your emotions, rebuild regulation, develop coping skills, and understand yourself more deeply. We address patterns that no longer serve you and build new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Holistic & Mind–Body Integrative Sessions
50 minutes
Virtual or In-Person
A blend of traditional therapy with nervous system awareness, grounding practices, and emotional processing. Great for clients who feel mentally overwhelmed, disconnected from their body, or stuck in cycles of shutdown or reactivity.
Substance Use Harm Reduction and Relapse Prevention Counseling
50 minutes
Virtual or In-person
Support without shame. This service helps you understand your triggers, cravings, and stress patterns while building a plan to keep lapses from turning into full relapse. The focus is on safety, realistic coping tools, grounding skills, harm reduction strategies, and improved emotional regulation. Abstinence is never forced, but HIGHLY encouraged. You decide the goals while we work together to strengthen stability and long-term recovery. We also provide support with high level of care options if they are needed.
